If you are a current patient of Florida Medical Cannabis Clinic - Dr. Scott Gebhardt, DO and need a change or exception made to your routes of administration (including smokable) please request so here. Once you enter your name and email a short form will be sent to your email to complete. We typically respond to all requests within 1-3 business days.

State dosage limits became effective on 8/29/22. Any recommendations above these limits will require an exception approval through the OMMU.
Requests for Exemptions (RFEs) can take up to 14 days for State review once submitted. You should receive an email from the OMMU once approved.
You can review your recommendation within the State Registry.
