You'll also need to upload or bring medical records documenting your qualifying condition. At your initial evaluation, the doctor will review your health conditions, discuss your treatment options, and issue your certification and medication orders.

Step 2: APPLY FOR YOUR CARD - SAME-DAY APPROVAL!

We will enter you into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry during the initial face-to-face appointment and assist with your State Card application. Most patients receive their temporary card approval within minutes of applying.

Step 3: Obtain Your medicine

Once you receive your card approval, you may purchase medication at a state-licensed medical cannabis dispensary using your State ID until your MMJ card arrives in the mail.
